YoungWorks is a promising, friendly, authentic, creative and vibrant company, that is specialized in communication for youth. To meet the growth and to be ready for the future YoungWorks decided to look for a new location. They found a great four storey 1920’s building located in the centre of Amsterdam. The main objective was to create an atmosphere in which the companies character was translated and where all the necessary facilities would be provided. The ground floor provides all the public functions as reception, café, canteen and meeting rooms. On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor all the companies divisions are located in the most efficient way they are linked to each other. By doing so the walking distances, which are substantial in such a building, are brought back to a minimum.
